  • Sliced Brisket

    Our beef brisket is seasoned and smoked for 14 hours which gives it a dark red smoke ring and black bark for a crispy skin. This gives it a deep smokey flavor. We then slice it thin. Add $3

  • Sliced Turkey

    Turkey breast is brined with fresh herbs and then dry rubbed with our special seasonings and then smoked until perfectly juicy

  • Pulled Pork

    Pork shoulder is dry rubbed with our specialty blend of seasonings and then smoked for hours. While the pork is still juicy it is fork separated into pieces

  • Pulled Chicken

    Chicken breasts and thighs are dry rubbed with our signature blend of spices and then put in the smoker. After achieving a nice golden brown color the chicken is pulled into tender chunks

  • Signature Sausage

    Our custom blend of spices are mixed with our select cuts of ground meat, formed into links and slowly smoked until the cows come home

  • Our Signature Piggy Back Ribs

    Available daily after 4 pm. A special blend of spices and seasonings are dry rubbed onto racks of ribs and smoked for hours. Then they are lightly glazed with our signature house barbecue sauce, and then back in the smoker for a few more hours. After carefully determining the precise moment when they are done to perfection and falling off the bone, they are whisked off the smoker and onto your plate. Enjoy them as they are or with your choice of barbecue sauce on the side. Full rack: with your choice of 2 sides. Half rack: with your choice of 2 sides
